Perform diagnostic CT exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment Interview patients to obtain and verify medical history Explain procedures to patients including risks and benefits Set up equipment and acquire images as per script Review images and document exceptions from established protocols Provide post care instructions to patients Participate in process improvement activities within radiology Provide imaging education to residents and new employees May perform duties of a Radiologic Technologist as needed Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology (R) or Computed Tomography (CT) preferred American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BLS) training One or more years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology or advanced certification in Computed Tomography (CT) Up to $15,000 Sign on Bonus based on relevant experience
