Job Description

Join Quill, part of the Staples family, as an Inside Sales Representative and help drive sales growth for a dynamic customer base. This role involves managing a significant portfolio, acquiring new business, and leveraging your strategic sales skills to maximize opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales results for assigned accounts with large sales potential (~$8-10M+)
  • Acquire new business and manage current customer base
  • Map accounts and identify growth opportunities
  • Utilize enablement tools to keep customer data updated
  • Know products, customers, and vertical markets
  • Utilize Salesforce regularly
  • Execute sales strategies through various channels

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Must have the availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Had responsibility for a sales quota and a track record of exceeding quota
  • Managed a complex deal shaping from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Had responsibility to retain and grow accounts
