Job Description
Join KinderCare Education as a Site Director at LEAP Academy, where you will inspire children and teachers by creating unique educational experiences. This role focuses on building strong relationships with families and leading a committed team to ensure a high-quality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers
Ensure the site operates effectively and maintains licensing and safety standards
Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
Cultivate positive relationships with families and community contacts
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to meet state specific guidelines
Basic computer proficiency
Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Ability to communicate in English
