Seeking a skilled and experienced Oncology Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients diagnosed with various cancers, including endometrial, bladder, renal, ovarian, and cervical cancers. Our unit specializes in providing treatments such as chemotherapy, clinical trials, brachytherapy, and CBI, with a heavy focus on infection prevention protocols and patient falls management.

Work Schedule:
• Staffing ratios aim for 1:4 but may be adjusted to 1:5 based on unit needs.
• Weekends are variable based on unit needs.
• No set or blocked scheduling; self-schedule requests are accommodated to ensure a balance of preferences while meeting unit requirements.
• The first week of orientation is Monday to Friday dayshift. The second week consists of 36 hours of on-unit orientation with a preceptor.
