Key Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and maintain updated information
Assist General Manager with operational functions
Build authentic customer relationships
Manage the collections process and drive lease renewals
Review and close lease agreements
Contact customers for renewals
Maintain customer contact via phone and home visits
Lead accounts staff to achieve departmental goals
Ensure product cleanliness and maintenance
Safely operate company vehicle
Required Qualifications
Valid state Driver’s License
Compliance with Driver Qualification Policy
Ability to work varying hours from 8 am to 9 pm
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without help
Ability to lift up to 300 lbs with assistance
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of college or two years of previous management experience
