Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with various diagnoses and disabilities
Evaluate and treat patients to achieve maximum independence
Consult with patients and other healthcare professionals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent educ/experience
Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training
