Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative oversight and support to therapy teams
  • Optimize therapists' schedules
  • Assist with the intake process for new residents
  • Support new team members on Day 1
  • Identify therapy needs and participate in 360 processes
  • Review operational reports and act on closing gaps
  • Serve as interim clinic director when necessary
  • Perform general administrative support tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Certification in healthcare, business administration, or related field
  • Two years of relevant experience in a senior living setting
  • Proven experience in administrative and operational roles
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well with others and take direction from management
  • Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Respect for patient/resident rights and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of Wellness offerings and therapy for seniors
  • General knowledge of laws regarding Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care
