Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative oversight and support to therapy teams
Optimize therapists' schedules
Assist with the intake process for new residents
Support new team members on Day 1
Identify therapy needs and participate in 360 processes
Review operational reports and act on closing gaps
Serve as interim clinic director when necessary
Perform general administrative support tasks
Required Qualifications
Certification in healthcare, business administration, or related field
Two years of relevant experience in a senior living setting
Proven experience in administrative and operational roles
Experience in a customer-facing role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well with others and take direction from management
Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations
Respect for patient/resident rights and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Solid understanding of Wellness offerings and therapy for seniors
General knowledge of laws regarding Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care
