Key Responsibilities
Drive sales through enriching customer interactions and elevated design offerings.
Create designs using moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, product lists, and presentations.
Lead design consultations in-person or virtually.
Deliver projects in a timely manner.
Understand brand aesthetics and merchandising strategies.
Stay informed about product information and industry trends.
Meet individual sales, KPI, and service goals.
Actively listen to customers to meet their needs.
Support store training on design services.
Develop lasting relationships with customers.
Required Qualifications
Understanding of basic design functions including spatial planning, fabric selection, lighting, interior design styles.
Excellent communication skills to translate brand vision and customer needs.
Strong affinity for technology, proficient in 2D and 3D tools, Google suite, video conferencing, and floor planning.
Ability to stay up to date on current design trends.
Proven track record of building long-lasting relationships with customers.
Preferred Qualifications
6+ months competitive sales or interior design service experience preferred.
Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist.
