Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing taxes using TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation
Manage sensitive customer information responsibly
Utilize resources to deliver accurate answers to customers
Maintain professional interactions with customers via video communication
Required Qualifications
3+ years of business tax preparation experience
Active unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Experience preparing federal and state business tax returns
Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
Bookkeeping experience
Experience preparing business tax returns for service industry customers
