Job Description
Join Church & Dwight as an International Market Research Manager, where you will collaborate globally to provide valuable insights that drive marketing strategies and product innovations. This role involves executing comprehensive research and presenting findings to influence key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Designs, plans, and manages marketing research projects
Defines appropriate methodology and overall research plan
Identifies and partners with external agencies for data collection and analysis
Provides actionable recommendations based on marketing research insights
Collaborates with international markets and presents findings to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, Psychology, Finance, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in global marketing research
Proven experience in Global market research and consumer insights
Knowledge of qualitative & quantitative research methodologies
Experience in project management
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in marketing analytics or a business discipline
Experience with DIY market research software or platforms
Experience in consumer-packaged goods industry
