Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop IT concepts and solutions
Design high-level technical solutions and program governance for ServiceNow
Optimize digital product development processes
Assist with business development and contribute to thought leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, business management, or related field
6+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
6+ years of experience as an Architect
Superior technical knowledge and creative problem-solving
Ability to explain complex technology topics to executives
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Experience with agile engineering and tooling support
