Key Responsibilities
Coordinates Employee Health program
Conducts new hire screens and annual employee screenings
Maintains Employee Health files
Participates in the Infection Prevention Committee
Coordinates vaccination program
Coordinates Workers Compensation program
Acts as Environment of Care Committee Member
Coordinates all initial occurrence reporting
Coordinates workers comp injury management with third-party administrator
Placement of transitional duty staff
OSHA reporting
Assists in Infection Control process
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse
Basic Cardiac Life Support or Nonviolent Crisis Intervention or Bachelors Degree or Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital setting
Preferred Qualifications
Occupational Health/Employee Health experience
