Key Responsibilities
Respond to patient questions in person or over the phone
Greet patients and build rapport
Collect patient payments
Make patient follow up calls
Assist patients with completing required paperwork
Connect patients with outside resources
Review and support implementation of patient plan of care
Coordinate services/case management
Manage/respond constructively to challenging patient interactions
Explain sensitive health care decisions
Input/update patient demographic data
Document patient interactions
Schedule patients for appointments
Manage patient referral process
Maintain open communication with physicians
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a front desk for a clinic
