Job Description
Join Avis Budget Group as a Part-Time Customer Support Agent in Airport Lot Operations and enjoy a dynamic outdoor role assisting customers with vehicle rentals and returns. Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in the rental or return process on airport lots
Check cars and enter information in a handheld device
Process rentals for loyalty customers
Assist customers at exit gates
Check-in cars at return while providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Ability to perform physical tasks (type, sit, stand, walk, move, enter/exit vehicles)
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Regular on-site presence required
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
