ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Marietta, Georgia.
Opportunity:
RN - OR Inpatient
Job Details:
• Work day shift from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, 4 days per week
• Schedule is primarily Monday through Friday with possible weekend call shifts
• On-call requirements with 30-minute call back time
• Holiday requirements: 1 major and 1 minor holiday per fiscal year
• Must maintain Georgia RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• BLS certification required upon hire
• PALS certification required
• Less than 1 year experience acceptable with completion of accredited nursing program
• Main OR/Trauma Center experience preferred
• Must demonstrate strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
• Perform nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in evidence-based practice and performance improvement activities
• Complete all mandatory education and competency assessments
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required
