Key Responsibilities
Coordinates and communicates effectively with dispatch, medical crew, and ground contacts
Operates the aircraft in accordance with Rotorcraft Flight Manual guidelines
Monitors current and forecasted weather conditions
Conducts pre-flight inspections before each shift and/or flight
Reports aircraft damage, malfunctions, or personnel injuries
Performs routine housekeeping duties in the hangar and crew quarters
Participates in cleaning and upkeep of the aircraft
Completes required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
Upholds REACH’s values and commitment to safety, service, and team professionalism
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
FAA Commercial Rotorcraft-Helicopter Certificate
FAA Helicopter Instrument Rating
Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2,000 helicopter flight hours
1,000 helicopter PIC hours
1,000 turbine hours
Min. 200 helicopter night flight hours
