North Branch Veterinary Hospital , just 30 minutes north of St. Paul, MN, is looking for a Managing Veterinarian to lead our well-established and well-equipped small animal practice. This is a rare chance to step into a leadership role.

- Full interior remodel scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025!
- 3 exam rooms (expanding to 5 with the remodel), digital x-ray, dental digital radiography, IDEXX in-house lab, surgical laser, ultrasound, and new surgical lighting & dental equipment

Your Leadership Responsibilities:
- Guide medical protocols, ensuring consistent, high-quality care
- Support associate veterinarians through mentorship and case oversight
- Partner with the Hospital Manager on operations, staff development, and financial performance
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and supporting DVMs and staff
