Key Responsibilities
Provides administrative and clinical supervision
Ensures clinical, operational and fiscal oversight of assigned programs
Assists programs in utilizing effective interventions to achieve outcomes
Leads recruitment, hiring, and personnel matters
Provides individual and group clinical supervision to staff
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
Develops and implements new programs and initiatives
Available on-call to manage urgent situations
Required Qualifications
LCSW, MSW, or other clinical qualification preferred
At least two years of supervisory experience in residential services or related human services programs
Substantial experience in working with serious mentally ill population
Understanding of trauma informed care
Understanding of co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse addiction
