Assists surgeon as required to perform and finish procedures
Assists in updating and maintaining surgeon preference cards
Maintain, troubleshoot, clean, and disinfect instrumentation, equipment, and GI scopes
Maintains courteous rapport and effective communication with staff and surgeons
Assist as needed to finish procedures within their scope and training
Assist in compliance activities to maintain facility accreditation

Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technology program/or Military Training equivalent
Proven physical strength for equipment needs and patient-care activities
Proven visual and auditory acuity for timely response and patient-care assessment activities
Proven involves occupational exposure to blood and other potentially infectious body fluids and materials
1+ years of Operating Room / Surgical Tech experience outside of internship.(preferring a varied background in general surgery, ophthalmology, ortho, gyn etc.)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
