Key Responsibilities
Collaborate on capital projects for manufacturing facilities
Manage mechanical aspects of projects including design and installation
Develop engineering solutions to improve equipment reliability
Create and maintain documentation for engineering and maintenance
Design solutions that comply with safety and environmental standards
Provide capital cost estimates and establish project timelines
Deliver technical support to Production and Maintenance departments
Coordinate with process engineering, production, and maintenance teams
Manage outside engineering and construction personnel
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
3+ years' experience for level II Engineer
5+ years' experience for level III Engineer
Strong desire to take ownership of tasks
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Good judgment, self-motivation, and a commitment to safety
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Flexibility to handle diverse assignments
Ability to perform hands-on work and collaborate on the shop floor
Preferred Qualifications
Technically proficient in CAD modeling, preferably Solid Edge or AutoCAD
Willingness to occasionally work off shifts and travel between facilities
