Job Description

Join Quill as a Territory Sales Executive and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth in Philadelphia, PA. Use your sales expertise to engage with new customers, present tailored solutions, and build long-lasting relationships while enjoying a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and continuously analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects based on customer size, spend, and potential
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Utilize marketing collateral for presentations to drive engagement
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill and acquire new customers
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
  • Ensure smooth transition to the account management team
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Constantly improve through feedback and coaching
  • Positively impact culture and work collaboratively with others

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
