• Weekend/Holiday: every other weekend, holiday rotation
• Float Requirements: to like units, Must be willing to float to Riverview, Plover and Divine Savior
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A
• Required Certifications: WI RN License, AHA or American Red Cross BLS
• Required Education: ADN or BSN
• Minimum Experience: 2+ years
• Charting Experience: Epic Preferred
• Required Skillset: 2+ years Med Surg, Ortho Experience required
• Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 5th floor 23 beds medical/surgical (ortho, general, urology, ENT) pm ratio 1:5, nights 1:6-8
2nd floor 32 beds 3 levels of care ICU/Stepdown/Med-Surg. would take Med/Surg patients only pm ratio 1:5, nights 1:6-8
