Job Description

Join Wolf Motors as a Commercial & Fleet Sales Representative, where you will develop relationships with local businesses and municipalities, providing tailored commercial vehicle solutions. This role offers the opportunity to drive sales and enhance client relationships in a dynamic automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and build relationships with business clients, government agencies, and fleet accounts.
  • Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right commercial vehicle options, upfits, and financing solutions.
  • Prepare and present customized vehicle proposals and quotes.
  • Maintain and expand a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, business visits, and local events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for fleet customers throughout the sales and ownership lifecycle.
  • Stay up to date on Ford commercial vehicle offerings, OEM incentives, government programs, and fleet financing/leasing structures.
  • Work closely with service, parts, and upfit partners to ensure seamless delivery and support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track follow-ups, and meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior automotive or B2B sales experience preferred; fleet or commercial sales a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of commercial vehicles, work truck solutions, and fleet business needs is highly desirable.
