Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and chats regarding reservations and guest inquiries
Ensure accurate entry of guest information
Provide memorable service to guests
Identify and clarify guest needs to provide solutions
Required Qualifications
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Computer literacy and typing speed of at least 25 wpm
Professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a resort, call center, or attraction setting
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
