Job Description
Join St. Vincent's Medical Center as a Patient Care Administrative Nurse Supervisor, where you will lead nursing departments, ensuring high-quality patient care and fostering a positive environment for nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor the Nursing department(s) on assigned shift
Ensure appropriate delivery of direct and indirect patient care
Create a positive environment for professional practice of nursing
Foster continuous quality improvement to enhance patient care outcomes
Provide leadership for multiple hospital departments in absence of unit manager or director
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
3 years of acute care charge or supervisory experience
Active Registered Nurse license from the State of Connecticut
Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
