Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Maintain sensitive customer information responsibly
Utilize professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Interact with customers through video communication software
Required Qualifications
Strong business tax preparation experience
Active unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Minimum 3 years of experience preparing federal and state business tax returns
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience
Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation
Experience preparing business tax returns for service industry customers
