We are currently seeking a RN Supervisor to collaborate with our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals and guide our clients in their recovery journey. Attend morning meeting and report back to the unit. Identify and assume responsibility for high risk clients. On call as needed, cover shifts as needed, prioritizing and organizing the shift, assist in scheduling Assist Nurse Manager in interviewing and the disciplinary process. Direct report to Nurse Manager– keep informed of client and staff issues. Assist in prior authorization. Ensure labs are being addressed, review and sign lab-work, obtain and transcribing of physician orders. Nursing assessments, treatment plans, medication administration, vitals, knowledge of detox protocols, assisting medical doctor as needed. Current RN license in state of practice. Awareness and understanding of regulating bodies (CARF, Office of Mental Health, DDAP) Strong leadership ability, team builder, ability to drive continuous improvement projects, confidentiality, multitasker, decisive, excellent problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills, teacher, cooperative within the team framework. Maintains consistency with clients, staff, visitors, and the public. Ability to handle a crisis situation and react appropriately. Ability to sustain a team environment, drive continuous improvement projects, confidentiality, excellent problem-solving skills and excellent communicator within the team framework.
