Key Responsibilities
Process debit and credit transactions accurately
Respond to clients’ needs and inquiries
Perform minor account maintenance tasks
Refer customers to internal experts for additional needs
Educate clients on bank technology
Assist branch and team members in achieving goals
Ensure adherence to banking practices and regulations
Assist in opening and closing the branch
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience
Strong math and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of client transactions
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to operate standard office equipment
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals
