Join Zaxby's as a Restaurant Assistant Manager and lead a team dedicated to delivering fun and great food experiences. Manage daily operations, ensure compliance with standards, and foster a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Complete all training requirements
Enhance guest experiences and ensure team member satisfaction
Create effective work schedules
Supervise and coach team members
Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
Handle guest and team member complaints
Ensure compliance with operational standards and guidelines

Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Open availability and ability to work 32 to 48 hours per week
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Successful completion of background check
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
1-3 years management experience required
