Job Description
Join Good Samaritan as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing essential care to residents in a supportive environment. Make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors while working night shifts in a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for residents in long term care
Administer medications or treatments as ordered
Contribute to the assessment of residents
Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care
Counsel residents and family members on prevention and treatment plans
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license
Minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in practical nursing
IV therapy/management skills
