Job Description
As a Financial Consultant at Charles Schwab, you'll engage with Mass Affluent clients, providing tailored wealth management solutions and fostering long-term relationships. Collaborate with a team of specialists to ensure clients achieve their financial goals, all while enjoying a supportive company culture and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Drive client engagement and cultivate relationships with Mass Affluent clients
Provide wealth management recommendations and advisory guidance
Support client outreach, retention, and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal specialists to fulfill client financial goals
Conduct client planning discussions and presentations
Discuss market trends and best practices within the branch
Required Qualifications
Active FINRA Series 7 license
Series 66 (63/65) license
Life & Health Insurance license
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of financial experience
Entrepreneurial and a self-starter mentality
Polished and persuasive interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Able to quickly learn new technology and use a variety of data and systems
Open to ongoing coaching and development
Strong time management skills and productivity
