Intuit is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to work remotely during the tax season. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of tax filing experience and an active CPA, EA, or Attorney credential. Key Responsibilities

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Document interactions to maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

2 years of paid tax experience
Experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active PTIN
Unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
