Start Time: 06:30 AM – 07:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed; every other weekend required

Patient Population: Adult/Geriatric Rehab

• Specialty Care: Stroke, brain injury, neuro, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, ortho injuries
• Certifications: CARF-accredited Stroke, Amputation, and Comprehensive Rehab Programs
• Partnership: ProHealth Care + Lifepoint Rehabilitation

• License: Active RN license (WI or compact)
• Experience: Rehab and Med Surg experience preferred
• Certifications: RN Licensure required
• EHR System: Epic
• Call Off Policy: Must notify 3 hours before shift
• First Day Instructions:
