Join Graham Healthcare Group as a Clinical Field Educator and make a significant impact on the development of new field clinicians. This role focuses on training and supporting first-year clinicians to enhance their skills and improve patient care, all while providing essential guidance during an 8-week orientation period.
Key Responsibilities
Train new field clinicians during the 8-week orientation
Assess new field clinicians' skills through observation and feedback
Facilitate performance-based learning pathways
Coach field clinicians in the field and classroom settings
Customize learning paths and document orientation progression
Manage preceptor assignments and evaluate new field clinician readiness
Conduct hands-on clinical skill checks and joint visit evaluations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years’ clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare facility
Minimum of 1 year of Home Health and/or Hospice experience
Currently licensed to practice by the state
CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance
Preferred Qualifications
