Job Description
The Business Development Manager, Under Car Sales, is responsible for driving product sales and executing strategic initiatives. This role involves building relationships with customers and providing training to ensure successful implementation of programs. With a focus on achieving sales targets, the manager will work collaboratively with teams to enhance business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Expand Under Car product sales to current and new customers
Communicate and execute strategic initiatives and sales promotions
Provide training to store employees
Achieve territory sales quotas
Build long-term relationships with store owners
Prepare stores to manage effective inventory levels
Manage and lead category-specific sales blitzes
Provide customer service and communication in territory
Conduct periodic account reviews and attend promotional events
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel within assigned territory
Demonstrated sales acumen
Strong communication and customer focus
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Results orientation and financial acumen
Deep product knowledge
Technology proficiency with CRM and sales tools
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience
