Job Description

Join Crown Equipment Corporation as an Aftermarket Sales Representative, where you will drive B2B sales in Northeast Ohio. This role involves developing key accounts, analyzing opportunities, and delivering tailored sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell contract maintenance programs and catalog parts sales
  • Pursue new business and develop key existing accounts
  • Analyze opportunities and develop strong business relationships
  • Create sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations
  • Prepare quotations and customer correspondence
  • Develop a territory management plan to enhance customer retention
  • Maintain records of sales activity

Required Qualifications

  • Less than 2 years related experience
  • High School diploma or equivalency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, or related field
  • Several years of successful sales experience
  • Ability to work outside normal business hours
  • Problem-solving capabilities, self-motivation, and teamwork skills
