Job Description
Join Quill as an Inside Sales Manager where you'll drive significant revenue growth by engaging with new customers in the Philadelphia area. This role emphasizes building strategic customer relationships and leveraging innovative solutions to meet sales goals while contributing to a dynamic team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team members
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective customers
Create engaging presentations using marketing collateral
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
Create custom pricing solutions for high growth customers
Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
Ensure smooth transition to account management upon customer commitment
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Seek continuous improvement and apply coaching
Positively impact team culture and collaborate with peers
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
