Job Description
Join Siena Lakes as an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services and lead a team committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Oversee daily operations, support kitchen teams, and ensure high hospitality standards in a vibrant senior living community.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of dining rooms
Support kitchen and catering teams
Ensure exceptional mealtime service
Supervise schedules, evaluate, train, hire, coach, and develop restaurant staff
Ensure proper portioning of food and service standards
Supervise organization and sanitation of restaurant and kitchen
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years experience in dining room management, service, and sanitation
Current applicable food service license or certificate as required by state, local or federal regulations
Ability to supervise multiple dining rooms and a large number of employees
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors' degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality
Dietetics experience may be substituted for up to one year of experience
