The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic radiology and fluoroscopic procedures in an Ambulatory Surgery Center, operating x-ray equipment as directed by physicians. They ensure patient safety, prepare and position patients for imaging, assist with special radiographic studies, and maintain equipment and work areas. The role requires ARRT certification, state licensure if applicable, and strong communication and teamwork skills within a healthcare environment.
