Key Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager
Interview and hire qualified staff
Schedule staff to operate the restaurant
Train and develop crew members
Maintain product quality and cleanliness
Conduct crew and management team meetings
Control inventory and manage food costs
Ensure adherence to cash procedures
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
2 years of management experience
Available to work all shifts and weekends
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Valid Drivers License
