Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting nursing opportunity for a Travel Registered Nurse in Case Management in Concord, NC. This assignment offers a weekly rate of $2,550, with a schedule of 5x8-hour day shifts (40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate services for patients transitioning across care settings.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Monitor patient progress, communicate with providers, and adjust care plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families regarding discharge planning, medications, and follow-up care.
Accurately document all interventions, assessments, and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.
Requirements of the Travel Nurse
Valid North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in case management, (acute care)
Current BLS certification; CCM or relevant case management certification preferred.
