Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
Support launch of customer delivery creation at warehouse
Communicate with internal and external customers
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email
Create daily customer orders and assist in material planning
Schedule transportation for daily and expedited services
Perform office duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning
Maintain records retention procedures
Utilize problem-solving techniques
Support team members as needed
Required Qualifications
3 - 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and SAP ERP software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional telephone etiquette
Ability to handle stressful situations efficiently
Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual: English / Spanish
Associates Degree in Business or related discipline
