Job Description
Join KinderCare as a Site Director to lead educational excellence in early childhood learning. Inspire teachers and engage with families to create a nurturing environment for children. Drive successful programs and foster community relationships while making a positive impact on children's lives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers
Ensure the site operates effectively and maintains standards
Partner with parents for optimal child care and education
Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Meet state specific guidelines for the role
Basic computer proficiency
Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Read, write, understand, and speak English
