Job Description

Join The Preserve as a Dietary Manager to oversee food service operations, ensuring nutritious meals for residents. Collaborate with healthcare staff and manage compliance with regulations while contributing to a meaningful mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the food service department
  • Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and nutritionally appropriate meals
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to develop and maintain menus
  • Participate in completion of Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments
  • Manage food service operations including staffing, purchasing, food preparation, and sanitation
  • Conduct regular evaluations of food quality and service standards

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified Dietitian or nutrition-related Bachelor's Degree
  • Food service management course (Certified Dietary Manager or Dietary Technician)
  • Experience with food preparation in a long-term care setting
