Sable Corporation is seeking a per diem / prn nurse RN Telemetry for a per diem / prn nursing job in Anaheim, California.
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Status: Per Diem
Hours: No guaranteed minimum
Seeking experienced Telemetry RNs for per diem coverage. Candidates must be able to float to Med-Surg units as needed. This role requires proficiency in telemetry monitoring, critical thinking, and documentation using EPIC.
Provide direct patient care in a telemetry setting
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
Administer medications and perform nursing interventions as ordered
Accurately document all care and assessments using EPIC
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Float to Med-Surg units when required
Maintain patient safety and comply with all clinical protocols and procedures
Active RN license (state-specific)
Minimum 2 years of Telemetry or related acute care experience required
BLS and ACLS (AHA) required
Proficiency in EPIC EMR required
Must be willing and able to float to Med-Surg
