Requirements

• 2 years or more CURRENT Family Medicine/Clinic experience - Required
• PHONE Triage experience - Required
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need

Certification Requirements

• BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements

• New Hampshire

Compact Allowed

EPIC EMR experience - HIGHLY Preferred Previous Travel - Preferred ** Traveler will need Family Medicine/Clinic experience for this need. However, this position also requires ADMIN experience: Supervising LPN's, answering phones, Front Desk duties, stocking, preparing rooms, etc.
