Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and manage wait times
Assist with intake processes and document copying
Collect co-payments and issue receipts
Manage cashier box and daily deposits
Process walk-in patients and visitors
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Manage medical records
Ensure timely correspondence scanning and filing
Run insurance eligibility for patients
Process medical record release requests
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
6+ months of experience in a healthcare or customer service-related field
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years working in a medical front office position
Experience working with medical insurance
Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of EMR software
Knowledge of medical terminology
