Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of healthcare facilities
Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment and services
Establish work priorities and coordinate job schedules
Provide engineering support for capital projects
Respond to emergency calls and coordinate emergency activities
Recruit, select, and orient employees
Supervise and manage shop personnel
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Architecture or equivalent experience
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 years of occupational-specific experience
Knowledge of existing city, state, and federal codes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Demonstrated supervisory experience
Knowledge of business process and communications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
CMMS System knowledge
