Key Responsibilities
Perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance
Identify and source parts, supplies and repair items
Independently perform maintenance as per industry standards
Setup and operate multiple machining operations including lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools
Comply with 5S and housekeeping standards
Drive and participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) activities
Update records and review CMMS history
Troubleshoot and analyze control systems
Utilize predictive maintenance technologies
Assist lower level technicians and provide training
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
Associates degree with a Technical focus and 3 years of related experience in general industry or 5 years of related experience in general industry
Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems
Ability to analyze problems and perform repairs
Proficiency in using basic hand tools and specialized tools
