Shift Requirements: 12 hour day/night variable shifts.

Required:
Certifications: WI RN, AHA BLS
Minimum Experience: 2 Years Medical Surgical Rehab experience - OR - nurses with M/S background. Experience REQUIRED in an inpatient hospital setting (STAC)
Charting Experience Required : Epic Preferred
Required Skillset: Rehab Knowledge
